Turkish Valentine Specials includes:
Labneh with charred tomato, rose petal harissa, and grilled bread
Shrimp kabobs with olive, oregano, and blood orange glaze
Imam Bayildi with slow-cooked eggplant, pomegranate couscous, and pine nuts
Grilled lamb chops with red wine fig, fennel, and mint
Turkish coffee mousse parfait with apricot preserve and pistachio
To sip alongside, we’re featuring Vinkara Winery Kalecik Karası, a Turkish red wine available by the glass or bottle.
